How long does the installation take?+
On average 90 minutes, sometimes shorter or longer depending on the car model. You'll get an exact time estimate when scheduling.
Do I have to buy the CarPlayBox separately?+
Yes — the €374 covers only the installation service. The CarPlayBox itself (from €399) is ordered from our product page. Customers often add both to cart in one go.
Does my factory warranty stay valid?+
Yes. The CarPlayBox is fully plug-and-play and is connected between the original connectors of your infotainment system. Nothing is soldered, cut, or reprogrammed.
Which cars are compatible?+

Can I cancel or reschedule the installation?+
Sure — up to 24 hours before your appointment we move it free of charge. After that we charge a small no-show fee.
What if it doesn't work after installation?+
It rarely happens, but if it does: full refund within 14 days, or we fix it free of charge. Two-year warranty on hardware and installation.
