Warranty Policy

CarOptions – Warranty Statement

This Limited Warranty applies to CarOptions products purchased in the United States.

Warranty Coverage

• CarOptions warrants the CarPlayBox (the “Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery.

• If a defect arises during the warranty period, CarOptions will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective Product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Improper installation or handling

• Misuse, accidents, or operation while driving

• Unauthorized modifications, opening, or tampering

• Electrical faults, incorrect wiring, or water intrusion

• Cosmetic damage, normal wear, or non-CarOptions accessories

Warranty Service

• Contact support@caroptions.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

• We may request photos, videos, or troubleshooting steps.

• RMA authorization is required before returning a Product.

• Customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to the RMA location.

Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable.

• Implied warranties (merchantability/fitness) are limited to 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

• CarOptions’ maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

• Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
